About this property
This is a stellar opportunity to own land in the historic and culturally rich area of Miloli'i. The pristine waters, abundant ocean life, and dry climate make for the perfect conditions for living near the ocean. This property is located near Makahiki Point in an area known as "The Flats." A name that becomes quite obvious when you look at the other properties in the subdivision that are located on the steep hillside going up towards the highway. This flat area makes building much easier and puts you at a 5-8 minute walk to the ocean access area which are DAR regulated waters. The Miloli‘i Community-Based Subsistence Fishing Area (CBSFA) includes the waters and submerged lands from the shoreline to the 100-fathom depth contour on the southwest coast of Hawai‘i Island, from Pa‘akai Point at Kīpāhoehoe in the north to Kaunā Point in the south and contains numerous sub-zones. These areas are subject to varying rules and regulations on what and how marine life is harvested to preserve these resources for future generations. This results in beautifully clear water with abundant marine life for you to see while snorkeling or kayaking. No staking by seller, to be sold As-Is. Property is subject to HELCO SSPP, buyer to confirm and is responsible for fees to connect. CC&R's and HOA information can be found at the Milolii Beach Club Association II's website.
