Originally built in 1936, the main residence offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The living room features 9-foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, while the spacious kitchen includes an island and an adjoining dining area with picture windows framing the lush green surroundings. A generous lanai with a BBQ area and built-in seating provides an inviting setting for outdoor gatherings. Added on in 1983, a separate structure connected to the main home by a breezeway includes a bedroom, full bath, and a small covered deck overlooking tropical foliage. Below the bedroom, a large office features a built-in reception desk, workstation, and bookshelves. The bedroom and office each have their own exterior entrance. Toward the northeastern portion of the property, an old macadamia nut processing station retains its shelling equipment and offers additional storage space. Beyond it, a separate studio features newer luxury vinyl plank flooring and paint, a kitchenette with an island, a full bathroom, and ample storage. A covered rear lanai overlooks the gulch. A detached two-car garage with workspace and a roof replaced in 2023 completes the property.
