The 2,289 sq ft, two-story residence offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office (or 3rd bedroom), plus a newly completed 240 sq ft bonus room (or 4th bedroom) with flexible possibilities. Designed for entertaining, the open floor plan centers on a gourmet kitchen with Garry Hoffield custom cabinetry, quartzite countertops, and an impressive 4' x 16' island and breakfast bar. Custom 16' pocket doors open to a 384 sq ft ground-floor lanai, while an upper-level catwalk connects the bedrooms, office, baths, and a 336 sq ft covered lanai finished in Ipe wood. Dramatic 30' ceilings, artful tongue-and-groove cedar, soaring locally sourced ironwood posts, floor-to-ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, and modern lighting define the living, dining, and entertainment spaces. The stunning second-floor primary suite sanctuary occupies one end of the home with its own private lanai, luxurious bath, and walk-in closet/room. The second bedroom, bath, and office are located at the opposite end for privacy. The exterior features Canadian Cedar siding and locally sourced ironwood poles. Split AC throughout is powered by a recently upgraded solar system. A 14,500-gallon catchment system supplies water, supplemented by a 93-degree well. The 768 sq ft garage has been transformed into a gym, offering additional space to further customize your lifestyle. Private and thoughtfully designed for comfortable island living, this exceptional property offers a rare combination of architectural character, modern amenities, and high-integrity off-grid independence in an unbeatable location! The two adjacent parcels of 3 acres (MLS 733244) and 3.2 acres (MLS TBD) are available for sale separately to complete your 9-acre estate.
