About this property

Ocean, golf course, mountain, and Maui views take center stage at Moani Heights 3. Within a small gated community at Mauna Kea Resort, this golf-front residence enjoys a sweeping, front-row outlook with a comfortable setback from the fairway. The setting feels open, inviting, and unmistakably Hawaiʻi. With approximately 2,901 square feet of interior living space, four bedrooms and four full baths, the home offers room to gather and space to retreat. High ceilings and expansive glass doors draw the scenery into the living and dining areas, opening to a covered lanai designed for leisurely meals and relaxed afternoons. Beyond, a private infinity-edge pool and spa overlook the fairways and Pacific Ocean. The dining room is lovely, but the lanai may get most of the reservations. The kitchen features Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, gas cooking, and generous cabinetry. The primary suite enjoys ocean, golf course, and Maui views, while the separate ʻohana suite, complete with its own kitchen and full bath, provides a welcoming retreat with added privacy for guests. Owned solar and a two-car garage add everyday convenience. The surrounding Mauna Kea Resort brings together the white-sand shores of Kaunaʻoa Bay and Hāpuna Beach, two championship golf courses, oceanfront tennis and pickleball, and a variety of dining experiences. Owners may purchase membership in The Club at Mauna Kea Resort for access to amenities at both Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Westin Hāpuna Beach Resort, including beach and pool services, fitness facilities and golf and tennis privileges, subject to the selected membership plan, fees and current Club terms. Expansive views, a separate guest retreat and poolside living come together in one of the Kohala Coast’s most established resort settings.
