75-881 Hiona St

About this property

There is only one 75-881 Hiona. Set on more than three private acres in the hills above Kona, this custom Holualoa estate was conceived without compromise and built to be unrepeatable. A home and property with so much classic character and personality that it has soul. The land itself sets the tone. Monkey pod giants, swaying palms and gardens shaped over decades create a sense of complete seclusion a peaceful world unto itself, tucked away from the pace below. At 1,100 feet above the sea, the home opens toward bay, coastline, mountain, ocean and sunset views that shift with the light throughout the day. Inside, one-of-a-kind design and craftsmanship carry that same sense of intention through every room. This is a home shaped by owners who understood that true luxury is unhurried, where a morning begins on a private golf hole, six hole putting green and an afternoon dissolves into the pool without a thought of anywhere else to be.  Every detail, from a fully owned photovoltaic solar system with Tesla battery backups to gated entry, was chosen not to impress, but to protect this feeling: once you arrive, nothing more is needed. Four bedrooms, that include a separate pool house with kitchenette, an office, a study, and an oversized lanai. Each a quiet invitation to stay a little longer. Custom. Private. Unrepeatable. This is Angel's Retreat at 75-881 Hiona St.
