About this property
Rare opportunity to own over a half-acre of improved land just across the street from the ocean. This property is ideal creating your tropical dream home. Enjoy soothing ocean sounds, moonrise and sunrise, and the refreshing trade winds. Ocean views may be possible from a future second-story home. The Sellers have done extensive site work, including grading, leveling, construction of a house pad and driveway. The property has been ripped and improvements include adding approximately 32 cubic yards of black cinder and 14 cubic yards of red cinder for landscaping and driveway. Many fruit trees have been planted (including avocado and citrus), along with ornamental palms. This parcel enjoys sunbelt weather while still receiving enough rainfall for your mini-farm and garden. The agricultural dedication on the land has current annual property taxes at $200. This quiet coastal neighborhood features beautiful custom homes and is known as one of the most desirable and walkable streets in the area. Few vacant lots remain on Paradise Ala Kai Drive—don’t miss your chance to own one! Additional Opportunity: The adjacent lot (TMK 3-1-5-57-46 MLS 731162) is also available and has been improved in the same way. Ideal for buyers seeking additional space. *Listing information and public records are deemed to be reliable but not guaranteed.
