About this property

Welcome to one of Discovery Harbour's most exceptional ocean-view properties—a rare opportunity to own an oversized residence situated on two separately deeded parcels totaling more than 0.64 acres. Positioned on the desirable makai side of the street, this remarkable home captures unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific, where breathtaking sunrises and endless blue horizons become part of everyday life. With cooling trade winds, and year-round sunshine, this is Big Island living at its finest. Designed to embrace Hawaiʻi's indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the home offers over 2,500 square feet of living space and more than 3,300 square feet of covered area. Soaring cathedral ceilings with rich natural wood accents create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while oversized windows and sliding glass doors frame stunning ocean views throughout. Two spacious ensuite bedrooms serve as private retreats, each opening directly to the lanai and pool area through large 10-foot sliding doors. The primary suite features a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities and a custom tiled walk-in shower with three shower heads. Completed in 2024, the 60-foot heated gunite lap pool creates a true resort experience. Custom stamped concrete, mature tropical landscaping, producing avocado trees, banans, custom lava rock walls, and elegant entry pillars enhance the sense of privacy and island luxury. The fully owned solar photovoltaic system with battery backup and 45 solar panels produces approximately 60 kWh daily, providing exceptional energy efficiency and reduced utility costs. Adding to its uniqueness, this is one of the few properties in Discovery Harbour with direct access to the golf course fairway and green from the backyard. Whether you're seeking a primary residence, luxury retreat, or investment opportunity, this rare double-lot estate offers an exceptional combination of space, privacy, sustainability, and unforgettable ocean views.
