About this property

Fee Simple home with Mauka and Makai views on coveted Painted Church Road. Lovingly maintained and thoughtfully remodeled by the original owners for the past 35 years, this property is ready for its next chapter. A unique and highly functional layout defines the top floor, where both bedrooms enjoy generous space and privacy while each maintains its own distinct views — a rare feature that makes everyday living feel both connected and private. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled, offering updated finishes while preserving the home's warm, lived-in character. The lower level offers flexible use with its own private entry, separate from the main living area above. This layout lends itself well to extended living, visiting guests, a home office or studio, or potential rental income — the possibilities are up to the next owner's vision. Arrival is made easy by a well-designed circular driveway, providing smooth access to the enclosed garage and ample additional parking. Outside, the grounds tell their own story with years of care. The Mauka side of the property has been recently cleared and graded, ready for a new owner to plant according to their own vision — whether that's an expanded garden, additional fruit trees, or simply open green space. The remainder of the property features an established and thriving assortment of tropical fruit trees, ornamentals, and citrus, the product of decades of cultivation in this favorable Kona-side microclimate. Located on one of the area's most desirable roads, this property offers the rare combination of privacy, established landscaping, and dual mountain-to-ocean views in a setting that's increasingly hard to find.
