About this property

Experience timeless elegance at this solidly built, red brick country manor. Situated on 1.75 acres of beautiful rolling lawns and gardens, this home was completely renovated between 2014 and 2016 with meticulous attention to detail. This home will truly stand the test of time. The home is designed around a wonderful and peaceful central atrium. The south wing features a spacious country kitchen, lounge area, and dining area. A French door leads to the newly added covered patio. The brick patio continues around the pool area and beyond. A unique highlight is the Southern-style "screen porch" living area equipped with storm shutters for those times they may be needed. The primary suite serves as a private retreat with two walk in closets and bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. In the main home you also have two en-suite bedrooms, two dedicated offices, a powder room, and a laundry room with a view! The separate guest house offers a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and central air-conditioning making it the ideal area for hosting family and guests. The attached FOUR car garage is not something you will find in many homes in Kona. It is perfect for the car enthusiast with one, or more classics! There is a ton of added storage, as well as another half bathroom.
