Combined with cross-ventilation and trade winds, the home stays comfortable year-round. Features include LifeProof flooring throughout, leased solar, newer kitchen appliances, an exterior EV/hybrid charging plug, and a covered lanai with washer/dryer. The spacious backyard is a tropical retreat with mature plantings: avocado, ulu, lychee, mango, lime, dwarf coconut, pineapple and multiple banana varieties Key infrastructure: paved roads, mail delivery, private water ( no catchment), and high- speed internet. No HOA, No CC&R's Kahakai Park is minutes away.
