About this property

This 11.73-acre estate offers a rare mix of total privacy and resort-style luxury in North Kohala. Located near the beauty of Pololu Valley, the home is freshly painted and perfectly maintained to feel like a private sanctuary the moment you arrive. The home is a masterclass in high-end craftsmanship, featuring vaulted cedar ceilings and quartzite floors that flow throughout. With custom Koa cabinetry, granite countertops, and professional-grade appliances, the gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. A large walk-through pantry leads to the three-car garage and an additional one-car garage/workshop. Host elegant evenings in the dedicated formal dining room, highlighted by Koa display cabinets, or enjoy a casual breakfast on the lanai. The stunning stained-glass transom between the lanai and living room reminds you that you are living the ultimate Big Island dream. The layout is designed for both grand entertaining and quiet privacy. The master suite is a true retreat with an adjoining office and a double shower that opens directly to the outdoors. A cozy media room with a wet bar sits directly off the living room, while a teak stairway leads downstairs to a massive entertainment area featuring a teak bar and large sliders that open to the lower lanai with a hot tub. While three bedrooms are located on the lower level, a separate ohana upstairs has its own kitchenette, laundry and private lanai to enjoy that ocean view. For those seeking a sustainable lifestyle, the land is a literal fruitful investment. An agricultural tax exception has been granted due to approximately nine acres dedicated to a thriving orchard with over 500 lime trees and over 150 avocado trees. Plenty of agricultural storage and a separate caretaker's cottage sit well away from the residence. Built with steel-framed construction and a Met-tile roof, this isn't just a beautiful home—it's a legacy property built to be enjoyed for generations.
