This versatile property features a tiered, lush landscape with rock walls, multiple potential building sites, and ocean view potential, offering a rare chance to create something special along the Hamakua Coast. The land is thoughtfully tiered with rock walls and may support up to three potential building areas, some with expansive ocean views. Power is available along Kalopa Rd and is easily accessible. With dual access from Mamalahoa Hwy via a shared easement and from Kalopa Rd above, along with a paved road running through the parcel, the layout provides flexibility for a variety of future uses. An additional easement runs along the west side of the property connecting Kalopa Rd to the lower highway, buyer to verify. Included in the sale is a historic 1920s cedar home offering potential for restoration. A separate garage structure remains near Kalopa Rd. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 1.25 bathrooms, and a basement or crawlspace area with exterior access. Remnants of a traditional Japanese style ofuro bathing area remain in the lower level. Both structures require significant repair or redevelopment. Structural concerns are present. Property is sold As Is. Use caution when accessing the property. Municipal water is nearby but not currently connected. Surrounded by larger ranch lands and generational ownership, this setting captures the beauty of Hamakua’s landscape.
