About this property
Build your vision on this level lot in Miloli‘i Beach Lots Subdivision on Hawai‘i Island, offering ocean views and a quiet cul de sac setting. Located in the historic fishing village of Miloli‘i, this property sits along the South Kona coastline, an area known for its natural beauty, open ocean views, and striking lava landscapes formed by Mauna Loa. The lot has been leveled using rock from a neighboring parcel, creating a more usable surface for future construction while still allowing flexibility in design and layout. Corner pins are visible, which can help guide planning and positioning of improvements. No formal grading has been completed, so buyers can move forward with site work based on their own building plans and preferences. Water service is typically provided by a private catchment system, and electricity is available through HELCO, subject to SSPP requirements. Miloli‘i is known for its shoreline access, fishing heritage, and quieter pace compared to other parts of Hawai‘i Island. Nearby ocean access points allow for fishing, kayaking, and seasonal swimming conditions. The surrounding community offers a blend of full time residents and part time homeowners who value space, views, and a connection to the land. This property presents an opportunity to create a custom home or fishing retreat in South Kona with ocean views, a manageable lot size, and a setting that supports a range of building approaches. 11 minute drive to Honomalino 45 minute drive to Honaunau 1 hr drive to Kona
