About this property
Welcome to Kanaloa, situated along the oceanfront of Keauhou Bay's coastal shoreline! There are 3 pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, hot tubs and other lovely amenities to enjoy within this secure, guard gated condominium community. Unit 602 has been lovingly maintained for over 37 years by the same owner! This first floor level is idea for those who prefer minimal stairs to climb, and the location of this building also affords good privacy from any other units! It's situated away from the parking area in a lovely garden setting, right along the 11th fairway of the Kona Golf Ocean Course, and also enjoys a nice view of Mt Hualalai from your lanai, as well as entertainment by the golfers passing by. There have been a few upgrades over the years including the tile floors, but it is mostly in its original well maintained condition, with tile counters, Koa cabinets, berber carpeting, and tropical furnishings. This unit is not in a rental pool, however short term rentals are common within this community.
