Nestled in the scenic Volcano area, and with access on a paved County road, this thoughtfully planned subdivision offers 5 acre and over rectangular parcels with building areas 200 feet apart, designed for privacy and natural beauty. Established 10 foot wide nature trail easements along the boundaries between the front and rear lots are designed for hiking, mountain biking, or spending time with your furry friend away from vehicle traffic. 5.963 acre parcel 62 features a graded driveway and cleared house site. Adjacent parcels 5 (also for sale) borders State Forest Reserve and Old Volcano Trail.
