About this property
This nicely furnished 3rd floor Kona Bali Kai studio with gorgeous Ocean views is now available. You can catch a view of Hualalai from both the bathroom and kitchen windows or the waves breaking right across the street from the great room. A short walk across the street is the oceans edge on the Kona Bali Kai grounds, with beautiful sunsets, and a pool. Grab lunch at the Poke Shack, then come back and fall asleep at night listening to the ocean waves. The condo has been well cared for. Third floor units have an extra foot of ceiling height with redwood beams and wood planking. There have also been multiple upgrades, including a full size washer and dryer, new microwave, dishwasher, and AC unit. The unit has been tastefully decorated with quality furniture, which the sellers are willing to consider including to make this as turnkey as possible. There’s also a lockable owner’s closet in the unit and one deeded parking spot. Short term vacation rentals are allowed in this complex/area.
