About this property

Positioned in one of Holualoa’s most desirable residential pockets, this custom-built residence delivers cool elevation comfort, exceptional quiet, and commanding ocean and coastline views across Kailua-Kona and the Pacific. The home sits on a wide, dead-end cul-de-sac within a thoughtfully designed subdivision featuring unusually broad streets and lack of through traffic—creating a sense of space and privacy rarely found in West Hawaiʻi. The layout offers 2,375 sf of interior living area with a total of 3,182 sf including covered outdoor spaces. Multiple lanais extend the living areas outdoors, making the home equally suited for relaxed daily living or entertaining. Three well-proportioned bedroom suites each include a private bath. One suite is configured with its own exterior access, providing excellent flexibility for guests, multi-generational living, or a dedicated workspace. A private steam room adds a wellness component, while the enclosed courtyard entry introduces a calm, sheltered transition into the home. Outdoor living is well supported with a covered dining and barbecue area and a nearby half bath for convenience. Storage and functionality are enhanced by a full 2-car garage and a separate covered canoe house designed for ocean gear, boards, and paddling equipment. The property includes a range of integrated systems such as motion-activated lighting, app-controlled irrigation, a monitored security system, and a built-in whole-home audio setup with an upgraded media configuration in the main living area. Mature landscaping surrounds the home, offering privacy and a distinctly tropical setting. The grounds feature established fruit trees including loquat, citrus varieties, grapefruit, and lychee, along with aromatic tropicals such as puakenikeni, gardenia, jasmine, and ginger. The location provides easy access without the winding approach roads often associated with Holualoa, while remaining just minutes from Kona town
