About this property
Aloha & E Komo Mai – Welcome to Your Own Big Piece of Hawaiian Paradise! This is a very unique opportunity to purchase a large subdividable 46 acre parcel of beautiful tropical land located in Pahoa on the East side of the Big Island. The property is on the corner of the Pahoa-Kapoho Road (HWY 132) and Nanawale Blvd., and is zoned AG-1, so it can be subdivided into small lots if desired. The seller has already cleared approximately 2 acres of access road and area on the land, and around the perimeter. A septic tank (not permitted) has also already been installed. This general area was farmland a few years ago so there is some good soil here as well. The back boundary pins have been marked before and should also be visible. According to the Department of Water Supply Engineering Department, there is also a possibility to have several water meters installed for this property pending review. The seller also has built a large metal gate as well at the entrance to the property from the highway. This property has an excellent location, tucked right into the heart of Pahoa, but simultaneously large enough to allow for complete privacy and peacefulness . It is only a short five minute drive to Pahoa Town and all its conveniences. A beautiful scenic ten minute drive down HWY 130 or Opihikao Road, will get you to the magical blue Pacific Ocean at Kalapana, and on to the majestic ocean 'red road' where there are are various hikes, tide pools, beach parks, frequent community events and gatherings, black sandy beaches and natural hot volcanic springs for swimming and soaking in.
