About this property

Great opportunity to purchase one of 2 side by side beautifully improved and meticulously maintained lots in Kalapana Seaview Estates. This “farm” property is 7,750 sqft (if you purchase both you’ll have a total of 15,500 sqft) of amazing land with mature and healthy producing fruit trees & edible plants. Here you will find Avocado trees, Citrus trees, Mango trees, Apple Banana matts, Dwarf Coconut, Tahitian Papaya, & organic Sugar Loaf white pineapple producing mostly in June and July. Completing the farm are Rose bushes & Plumeria trees. TMK for lot listed 3-1-2-40-138. Lot next door for sale separately is TMK 3-1-2-40-109. This lot located close to the back quiet side of Seaview, was hand cleared & leveled, with truckloads of black cindered, soil, Macnut compost, and mulch added. The property was correctly prepared for planting a food orchard so the owner would have healthy producing trees for years. A little reorganizing of the landscaping will have this lot ready for putting a new home, or keep it as the beautiful farm it is😊 Seaview has plenty of both Sun and Rain for growing just about anything. The property is close to the ocean where you will find one of the few year-round black sand beaches on the this side of the island. You can swim and enjoy the beautiful Pacific Ocean where sea turtles & dolphins are often spotted. Beautiful community parks in the subdivision include a park across the street from the ocean with stunning coastal views. Kalapana Seaview is a small coastal community located on the stunning East Hawaii Island coast. A few miles to the North is the new black sand beaches at Pohoiki. South towards Kalapana Shores you will find a black sand beach & the weekly farmers market & music festival. There is sunny weather most of the year and great trade winds flow through this area almost daily. Paved Roads, high-speed internet. This small ocean side community has a lot to offer, and real estate prices are still very affordable.
