About this property

Welcome to this sparkler located in prestigious Keauhou Estates! This one-owner, custom single-story home at the top of the subdivision has spectacular ocean and sunset views. Located close to the entrance on an oversized lot, there is a view all the way down to Kailua Bay. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath residence is in a community with a 24-hour staffed security gate. The home has never been listed for sale until now. After the original owners passed, the family has continued to visit Hawaii for a few weeks per year and has managed the home as a successful vacation rental. For a buyer who wants a simple, clean palette, this home can either be upgraded to 2025 finishes now, or it can continue to be rented until you, as an owner, decide to make it your permanent home in the islands. There are many returning guests each year who love to spend time in the home. Located on the mauka side of the street, the lanai and pool are perched above the other residences in Keauhou Estates and offer exceptional views. The two-car garage is oversized, and there is room for an ohana addition on the lot. Outdoors, there is a very large comfortable lanai where you can enjoy dinner and take in the sunsets. Take a dip in the pool and relax on a chaise lounge while enjoying the tremendous views and Hawaii’s golden sunshine! For buyers who may be physically challenged, there are no stairs on the property, and the hallways and doorways are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The home boasts a convenient floor plan with the primary bedroom opening out to the pool and set apart from the guest bedrooms. Recently installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms and a fully tiled living area make maintenance a breeze. Outside, the landscaping is thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained. Keauhou Estates is a private community located close to great restaurants, shopping, golf, snorkeling, and world-class beaches. There is even a farmer's market down the hill!
